# Benefits overview

> Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and other perks available to full-time employees.

Benefits are available to all full-time employees starting on your first day of employment. Part-time and contract workers should check with HR for what applies.

## Health insurance

We offer three medical plan options through \[Carrier Name]:

Enroll or make changes within 30 days of your start date, or during the annual open enrollment window (typically November).

## Dental and vision

* **Dental** — \$0/month for employee coverage, covers two cleanings and X-rays per year at 100%.
* **Vision** — \$0/month for employee coverage, annual eye exam covered, \$XXX allowance for glasses or contacts.

## 401(k)

We match 4% of your salary up to the IRS annual limit. Vesting is immediate on matched contributions.

Enroll through the HR portal. Changes take effect the following pay period.

## Other perks

* **Home office stipend** — \$XXX one-time for new hires. See [home office setup](/policies/remote-work/home-office-setup).
* **Learning & development** — \$XXX/year for courses, books, or conferences. Submit through the HR portal.
* **Wellness** — \$XX/month reimbursement for gym, fitness apps, or mental health services.
* **Parental leave** — XX weeks fully paid for primary caregivers, XX weeks for secondary caregivers.

## Enrollment and changes

Log in to the HR portal to enroll, view plan details, or make changes during a qualifying life event (marriage, birth, etc.).
